RIM apologizes: ' not even close to BlackBerry uptime this week

"Launch BlackBerry in 1999, my goal, reliable real-time communication around the world, is offering since" RIM begins founder of a co-CEO Mike Lazaridis apology video, "we on this goal this week provide."

Lazaridis better continue to say that BlackBerry better, expect customers, he expected that they work tirelessly, but it is too early to say that the problem is yet fully solved. "I want you an estimated time for full recovery around the world," says Lazaridis, "but I with certainty at this time."

"In Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, we will see a significant increase in the level of service." Service level are also in the United States, Canada, and Latin America well underway, and we see increased data throughput for most services, although there are still some delays and service levels may vary at customers. "Our global teams work continue as quickly as possible, to restore full and consistent service in all regions."
